Office of Special Services
Goshen County School District #1 Office of Special Services (OSS) is located at 702 West 25th, and can be reached by phone at 307-532-4076 or fax at 307-532-5192. The focus for the staff at OSS is to assure that students with special needs receive a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) under the rules and regulations of the individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA). Although special education teachers and related services providers come under the umbrella of the Office of Special Services, most of the special education personnel are located at the various schools in the district.
